Hardesty, founder of Hardesty & Associates, Inc., had earlier formed and operated Hardesty Construction, Inc.; Hardesty & Stone, Inc.; and Robert D. Hardesty, Inc. all successful and respected tenant improvement construction companies operating primarily in California.
