Principals

William S. Hardesty, PresidentBill, a majority
stockholder in Hardesty & Associates, Inc., is directing the activities
of the company as President. He is a licensed general contractor in several
states. Prior to joining
Hardesty & Associates, Inc., Bill was involved in construction
supervision, estimating, purchasing, accounting, corporate budgeting, and
project management of various residential projects in California. In addition to his duties as a
corporate officer, Bill is involved in project management. Lori A. Hardesty, Vice PresidentLori joined Hardesty
& Associates, Inc in 1994. Prior to joining the firm, Lori was involved
in construction administration and management with Morrison-Knudsen and
Snyder Langston companies. Lori also worked with Pacific Commercial
Construction and Ray Wilson Company as Project Manager of the tenant
improvement projects of the 15 story Cabot, Cabot & Forbes building and
20 story Emerald Shapery Center in downtown San Diego. In addition to her duties as a corporate
officer, Lori is involved in project management and is a licensed general
contractor in several states. Robert D. Hardesty, Chairman EmeritusBob became a general
contractor in 1980. In 1981 he was involved in the tenant improvement work at
Manhattan Village Mall where he constructed over twenty-five percent of the
stores. As his company grew and prospered, he joined Bruce Stone to form
Hardesty & Stone, Inc., general contractors in San Diego, California. In
1991 Bob formed Hardesty & Associates, Inc and is currently involved in
management of field activities in the southwest region. Robert E. Hardesty, Executive Vice PresidentBob has held a general contractors license since
1960. For seventeen years he was involved in the construction and marketing
of over ten thousand homes in California as Vice President of Deane Homes. In
1977 Bob joined Alexander Haagen Development Company as a partner where he
was involved in the design, construction and leasing of eight shopping
centers including Manhattan Village Mall. In December 1993, bob joined
Hardesty & Associates, Inc as a corporate officer and project manager.
Although no longer managing construction projects, Bob is involved in company
corporate matters. |
