Nanette Dale

Controller

As Controller for Hardesty & Associates, Inc., Nanette Dale has been instrumental in the establishment and management of the accounting policies, procedures, and controls of the company.  Nanette is our Chief Accounting Officer and heads our accounting department.  Nanette is responsible for our financial statements, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, licensing requirements, and various special analyses.  Nanette supervises our Accountants, Accounting Manager, Tax Manager, Accounts Payable Managers, Insurance Manager, and Payroll Manager.  Nanette’s duties include the monitoring for future risk and ensuring proper permits, licenses and operating requirements are met.
